Browsing data. When you visit the site, the hosting provider's servers automatically record some technical information: IP address, date and time of the visit, page requested, type of browser and device. We do not use it to identify you.

Data you give us. If you phone us, email us or contact us on Instagram, for example to book a table, we process the data you choose to give us: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.

The site has no contact forms, does not require registration and does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools that identify you.

Browsing data: used to run the site and protect it from abuse and cyber attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period, according to its policies.

Requests and bookings: used to reply to you and handle what you ask us. The legal basis is taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as needed to reply and then delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.

We do not sell your data or use it to send you advertising.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes browsing data on our behalf as a data processor. Cloudflare, Inc. may transfer data to the United States: the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The site contains links to external services, such as Google Maps and Instagram. If you open them, you leave our site and those services process your data according to their own policies.

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR).

If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
